You want to control your skies in higher speed and make sure you will get down in one piece?
You want to understand the  nature of skiing,  why is it so easy when you know what to do and also how to prevent the injures?

You want to have full control over your skies in slalom curves, super-g curves but also in powder snow and off pist?

What to expect

I’m going to walk you through our private lesson now. I know that some of you will appreciate me telling you step by step what to expect during your first lessons with our „skinstructor“.

After you meet your instructor and exchange first „hello,“ you will then get right down to the business. Our ski lesson usually starts with a warm-up. It’s always nice to have a good stretching before you do any kind of exercise. To warm up your muscles before skiing is a good practice as you might prevent unwanted muscle strain.

I’m a beginner

I If you’re a complete beginner, your lesson will look much different than if you are someone who already knows how to ski. Your ski instructor will teach you how to put on your ski and how to hold your sticks the proper way. We will also show you one important thing in skiing – and that is – what is the right way to fall down. Yes, that’s right. We will practice how to fall safely. Especially if you are the beginner, you will fall down time to time. There is a right and safe way to fall as there is a right and easy way to get back up on your feet – or should I say skis.

Then we’ll learn how to snow plow and how to stop. Controlling your own speed and knowing how to stop will increase your confidence on the slope. You will feel safer after you gain control over your skis. Then you will be ready to start learning the turns. Some learn the turns in the first lesson, for others it takes a bit longer.

I’m not a beginner

If you’re not a complete beginner, we will locate where you are at with your skiing and start from there. The great advantage of private lessons is that you have your personal one-on-one coach who gives you his or her undivided attention. We want you to improve your skiing, gain confidence and get pleasure out of this beautiful sport.
